Sichuan province: Strive to build 15 large-scale and above intelligent computing facilities during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period to create a province-wide integrated computing power monitoring and dispatching service, and a computing power facility safety platform.

Sichuan Province released the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. It proposes the High-Energy Computing Project, which aims to promote the construction of the Chengdu Super Computing Center, China Mobile Chengdu Data Center, China Unicom Tianfu Information Center, China Telecom Tianfu Cloud Computing Center, and other projects. The goal is to build 15 large-scale computing facilities and above, to create a province-wide integrated computing power monitoring and dispatching service, and computing facility security platform.
