The research report of CITIC Securities pointed out that on April 7th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission officially implemented the "Several Provisions on the Supervision of Short-term Trading," which has the following characteristics: unified identification standards to reduce compliance uncertainty; clear exemption list to enhance regulatory accuracy; unified supervision standards for domestic and foreign capital to enhance market openness attractiveness; optimized calculation method for professional institutions' holdings to facilitate long-term capital entering the market.
