Iranian Revolutionary Guard: The Strait of Hormuz allows non-military vessels to pass.

On April 12th local time, the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued Announcement No. 59, stating that non-military vessels are allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz as long as they comply with specific navigation guidelines. The statement warned that any military vessels from any country attempting to approach the Strait of Hormuz, regardless of their pretext, will be seen as violating the ceasefire agreement and will face a strong and firm response from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy.
