Unlike in the past, this round of hot sales has solid support from actual online signing data. A review by reporters found that in March, newly opened projects such as Zhonghai Jiushumanhe, China Construction Guoxianfu PARK, and Future City Xinghuan Era all saw over 100 signings within 15 days of opening; among them, the Zhonghai Jiushumanhe project had 332 signings, with an overall turnover rate of over seventy percent.
