The notice pointed out that sportsmanship and discipline are the bottom line and lifeline of the development of youth football. All units should effectively practice and establish the correct performance view, in accordance with the requirements of the "deepening governance year" in the sports field, strictly regulate the organization of competitions, strengthen discipline awareness and rule awareness, enhance sportsmanship and discipline education and daily management, and resolutely prevent the utilitarian tendency of being driven by results from eroding the environment of youth football development. We must resolutely abandon utilitarian thinking and luck mentality, and firmly adhere to "fair competition, real games" as the rigid requirement that must be adhered to in youth competitions.
