Our country's spring agricultural production is fully underway. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the ministry has recently dispatched 5 working groups and technology teams to 10 key provinces such as Henan and Shandong. They are working closely with grassroots agricultural technicians in the fields to provide guidance and technical services, and to promote the implementation of key technological measures. Currently, winter wheat is entering the heading and flowering stage from south to north, winter rapeseed is entering the podding stage, and early rice is being widely transplanted. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is focusing on conducting on-site inspections of the growth status of winter wheat and winter rapeseed, soil moisture conditions, and the occurrence of pests and diseases. They are providing guidance on implementing mid-to-late stage fertilization and water management measures for winter wheat and winter rapeseed, urging the full and effective utilization of project funds for spraying, pest and disease control in rapeseed production, and other aspects. They are also providing guidance on disaster prevention such as lodging, late spring cold snaps, waterlogging, and ensuring early preparation of materials and technical resources. They are implementing large-scale yield-increasing technologies for grain and oil crops, promoting the integration of good fields, good seeds, good techniques, and good methods to increase efficiency, and working hard to solidify the foundation for this year's grain production.
