Wind data shows that on April 11th, 6 A-share companies issued announcements related to private placements. Among them, 2 companies disclosed their plans for private placements, 3 companies had their private placement plans approved by shareholders' meetings, and 1 company halted the implementation of its private placement plan. Looking at the latest disclosed private placement plans for that day, Lianyun Technology and Jiaocheng Ultrasonic had the highest planned fundraising amounts, with plans to raise no more than 20.62 billion yuan and 13.44 billion yuan, respectively. So far this year, 53 companies have announced completed private placement plans, with 18 companies raising more than 10 billion yuan. Specifically, China Shenhua, China Energy Construction, and BAIC Blue Valley had the highest fundraising amounts for private placements, with fundraising amounts of 20.0 billion yuan, 6.5 billion yuan, and 6.0 billion yuan, respectively.
