The Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Railway Administration jointly held talks with seven third-party platforms involved in the sale of train tickets.
On the 10th, it was learned from the Cyberspace Administration of China that in accordance with the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law and the Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Railway Administration recently held discussions with seven third-party internet platforms involved in railway ticket sales business, including Ctrip, Tongcheng, Qunar, Fliggy, Meituan, Zhixing Train Tickets, and Gao Tie Guanjia. These platforms were required to strictly implement the relevant laws and regulations related to network security, and they were not allowed to use automated programs to carry out large-scale and high-frequency ticket snatching operations that would interfere with the security verification measures of the railway 12306 platform, nor were they allowed to interfere with or harm the security and stable operation of the railway 12306 platform. It is understood that relevant departments will strengthen technical monitoring in the future, and if any behavior that interferes with or harms the security of the railway 12306 platform is detected through technical means, it will be strictly dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
