Xu created a diving "fan circle" WeChat group, invited industry professionals and fans to join the group, constantly changing nicknames, and repeatedly made insulting comments about an athlete from the Guangdong Province Ersha Sports Training Center in the group, maliciously provoking conflict and causing a negative impact. Currently, the public security organs have lawfully imposed a ten-day administrative detention and a fine on Xu, and have taken lawful measures against other relevant individuals in the group.
