"Three none" products, counterfeit and inferior products must be reported promptly! Feedback on new regulations for quality inspection of online sales products.
Journalists learned today that the State Administration for Market Regulation is organizing the drafting of the "Measures for Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Quality of Products Sold Online," and has started to publicly solicit opinions. The draft for soliciting opinions specifies the sample purchase, information recording, and abnormal handling of quality supervision and sampling inspection of products sold online. It emphasizes combining inspection with sampling to enhance the ability to identify problems, and immediately take measures and timely refer for disposal if products are found to be "three noes" (no producer, no trademark, no quality certificate), counterfeit, or substandard. It also clarifies the procedures for delivering results, submitting objections, handling objections, and implementing re-inspections. If it is impossible to inform the inspection results in writing, notification can be made through public announcements or on behalf. It is proposed to openly disclose the information on the results of supervision and sampling inspections in accordance with the law, including information on e-commerce platform operators selling non-compliant products and live stream e-commerce.
