ST New Power: Company shareholders are suspected of violating information disclosure laws and regulations and are being investigated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

ST New Power announcement, the company received a notification today that shareholders Nanchang Dayi Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tengyu Qualcomm Information Consulting Partnership Enterprise, and Fang Haiyun are suspected of violating laws and regulations regarding disclosure of changes in shareholding of ST New Power. According to the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to initiate an investigation into the aforementioned three entities.
