Ruoyuchen announced on April 10 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Ruoyuchen International Limited plans to acquire 100% equity of Bespoke Holding Corporation, a subsidiary of Bespoke Global LP, and Erno Laszlo Group Ltd for a price of $43.8221 million USD, using its own funds or self-raised funds, and has signed a "Share Purchase Agreement" with the counterparty. After the completion of this transaction, the company will become the controlling shareholder of the target company, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
