The announcement of China Wuyi states that the company plans to cooperate with Fuzhou City Urban Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. to establish an investment and construction platform company in Yuanhong Investment Zone, Fuqing City, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The provisional name of the company is Fujian Zhongwu Rongcheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 500 million yuan, with China Wuyi contributing 450 million yuan, holding 90% of the shares; and Fuqing City Investment contributing 50 million yuan, holding 10% of the shares.
