Kanghua Biology: Intends to subscribe in stages for the increase in registered capital of Namei Trust and acquire the Namei Trust equity held by existing shareholders of Namei Trust.

Kanghua Biology announced that the company intends to subscribe for the newly increased registered capital of NameiXin in installments and acquire the equity of NameiXin currently held by NameiXin shareholders. After the completion of the above transactions, the company will hold 100% of the equity of NameiXin in aggregate.
