Uxin Group released unaudited performance report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. In 2025, the company achieved a total revenue of 3.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 78.6%; the total transaction volume for the whole year was 57,408 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 119.6%; the retail transaction volume was 51,110 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 134.7%; the operating loss for the whole year was 174 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 39%. In the fourth quarter, the total revenue was 1.198 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 100.7% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 36.2%.
