The United States makes an affirmative final ruling on double anti-industry damage against temporary steel fences imported from China.

On April 9, the United States International Trade Commission voted to make affirmative final determinations of dumping and subsidizing industry harm on temporary steel fencing imported from China, finding that the products under investigation, which were alleged to be involved in dumping and subsidies, have caused substantial harm to the U.S. industry. Based on the affirmative final determinations of the United States International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on the aforementioned products. At the same time, the United States International Trade Commission made an emergency negative final determination on the Chinese products under investigation.
