To ensure the safety of the US-Iran negotiations, the Pakistani interior minister announced the closure of the security core zone in Islamabad.
On April 10th, local time, Pakistan's Interior Minister Nakhvi chaired a special meeting to comprehensively review the security and other arrangements during the US-Iran talks. Nakhvi announced during the meeting that the security core area of the national main government departments in the capital Islamabad will be sealed off, only allowing relevant negotiators to enter.
