Five departments: Constructing an intensive and efficient intelligent education foundation.

The Ministry of Education and four other departments have issued the "Action Plan for Artificial Intelligence + Education", which mentions the construction of a national education artificial intelligence computing power service platform to effectively aggregate artificial intelligence innovation resources such as computing power, data, models, and tools. Utilize the education and research computing network, connect the national computing power training ground, national computing power hub, enterprises, and universities, integrate various intelligent computing, universal computing, and supercomputing resources. Encourage provincial education administrative departments to use the national integrated computing power network to provide computing power guarantees for artificial intelligence applications. Organize the development of a national basic corpus around ideological and political education, subject knowledge, scientific research, and other directions, and encourage localities and universities to develop domain-specific datasets. Strengthen the national education big data center, establish a cross-departmental, cross-regional, cross-platform data network, and explore dynamic updating mechanisms based on platforms, journals, terminals, and other data. The country will carry out organized tackling and develop artificial intelligence education large models for different educational stages, enhancing capabilities such as value alignment, logical reasoning, and safety ethics, to provide support for localities and universities applications, effectively avoiding resource waste and low-level redundant construction.
