In March 2026, the year-on-year industrial producer price index rose by 0.5% compared to a decrease of 0.9% the previous month; on a month-on-month basis, it increased by 1.0%, an increase of 0.6 percentage points from the previous month. The year-on-year industrial purchaser price index rose by 0.8% compared to a decrease of 0.7% the previous month; on a month-on-month basis, it increased by 1.2%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points from the previous month. In the first quarter, industrial producer prices fell by 0.6% compared to the same period last year, while industrial purchaser prices fell by 0.5%.
