Wanyi Technology: Plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to raise funds not exceeding 375 million yuan.

Wan Yi Technology announced that the company plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to raise funds of no more than 375 million yuan to be used for the 2000-unit annual production of high-end mass spectrometer project and the intelligent upgrade and transformation project of the production base after deducting the issuance expenses.
