Xinjiang Tianye announced that in 2025, its operating income was 10.488 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.99%. The net profit was a loss of 57.0747 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 68.435 million yuan in the same period last year. Due to the company not achieving profitability in 2025, it does not meet the conditions for cash dividend distribution. Therefore, the company does not plan to distribute cash dividends, issue bonus shares, or conduct capital reserve fund capitalization in 2025.
