The fire has been extinguished, and the previously reported missing person has been found. According to Yonhap News Agency, at 13:58 local time on the 9th, a fire broke out inside the submarine, and smoke quickly spread, prompting about 40 workers who were conducting repair work to evacuate urgently. The fire department initiated the first phase response at 14:38 and began firefighting operations. The fire has now been completely extinguished, but there is still a large amount of smoke inside the submarine. The missing female employee previously reported by local media has been found, but it has not yet been confirmed whether she survived.
