Rely on big data to accurately implement the preferential income tax policy, establish an evaluation system for the effectiveness of free trade port policy implementation. Build a precise policy interpretation service system, establish a segmented interpretation mechanism based on key industries and policy types, and set up special commissioners for interpreting free trade port policies. Conduct preaching and face-to-face interpretation through events such as the Blue Ocean Dialogue and policy interpretation meetings. Improve the one-stop policy platform "central kitchen" for the free trade port, integrate policy resources from various departments, achieve unified policy collection and intelligent push. Enhance the policy consulting and interpretation capabilities of the 12345 hotline, strengthen the policy interpretation knowledge base, improve the three-party call mechanism, and explore AI intelligent retrieval.
