From the 5th to the 8th, 10 cities and counties in Hainan Province have already experienced temperatures exceeding 37C, with Tunchang County reaching a high temperature of 40.4C, breaking the local historical record for highest temperature in April. The meteorological department has prepared for artificial rain enhancement and will conduct operations as weather conditions permit.
