Central Pattana plans to invest 3 billion US dollars to expand its integrated development complex in Thailand.

On April 9, Central Pattana, a Thai real estate developer, announced that it will invest 110 billion baht from 2026 to 2030 to expand its integrated projects nationwide. The investment will focus on creating large-scale, retail-oriented integrated development projects that integrate commercial, residential, office, and public spaces. Currently, Central Pattana operates 142 projects nationwide, attracting over 510 million visitors annually. The company plans to increase the number of integrated projects to 33 by 2030 and support over 1.5 million jobs.
