The land area is 25,859.31 square meters, with a planned construction area of 55,904.67 square meters. The starting price was 1.398 billion yuan, with a starting floor price of 25,000 yuan per square meter. This plot attracted 2 bidders to participate in the auction. After 10 rounds of bidding, it was finally won by Jinmao Group for a total price of 1.488 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 26,610 yuan per square meter, a premium rate of 6.44%.
