According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Heilongjiang Zhiping Penghui Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Mao Shuwei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 16.39 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, wind power generation technology services, sales of solar thermal power generation equipment, manufacturing of power electronic components, and manufacturing of motors. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly owned by Beijing Zhiping Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Penghui Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Penghui Energy.
