Tianyancha's business information shows that recently, Changan Tiangu Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. was established, with Tan Huan as the legal representative. The registered capital is 450 million RMB, and its business scope includes industrial robot manufacturing, research and development of intelligent robots, and artificial intelligence software development. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Changan Automobile, China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Chenzhi Automobile Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Changan Technology Co., Ltd. According to media reports, Changan Automobile has stated that it is currently focusing on humanoid robots that can perceive their environment, navigate obstacles, mimic human actions, and are equipped with Changan's self-developed Tiangu large model. According to Changan Automobile's plan, it is expected to start mass production of humanoid automotive robots in 2028 and gradually expand towards home service robots after 2030.
