Fitch Ratings: Awarded Guangzhou Financial Holdings Group with a proposed issuance of guaranteed US dollar bonds with an "A-" rating.

On April 8th, Fitch Ratings awarded Guangzhou Finance Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangzhou Finance Holdings Group") an "A-" stable rating for its planned issuance of guaranteed US dollar bonds. The bonds are planned to be issued by Guangzhou Finance Holdings Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guang Ying Investment Limited, with Guangzhou Finance Holdings Group providing unconditional and irrevocable guarantees.
