Lenovo Group: to sell 11.29% stake in Eastern Air Logistics.

Lenovo Group announced on April 9th that on April 8th, 2026, the company has entered into a share transfer agreement with China Logistics Capital. According to the agreement, the company agreed to sell and China Logistics Capital agreed to acquire 179,254,133 shares of Eastern Airlines Logistics Co., Ltd. for a cash consideration of RMB 2,716,775,639.75 yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold any shares in the target company.
