According to the Tianyancha App, on April 8th, Shanghai Talent Interstellar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Yifeng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, solar power technology services, energy storage technology services, manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, etc. It is jointly owned by Tianhe Light Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Tianhe Xingyuan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Xingyao Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise.
