According to the Science and Technology Daily, on April 8th, it was reported by the Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd that its independently developed world's largest 5600mm double-roller cold straightening machine has been successfully delivered to the user's site and entered the installation and commissioning stage. The successful delivery of this equipment marks a new breakthrough in China's large-scale cold straightening machine field, filling the technical gap in the international 5600mm level double-roller cold straightening machine. It is reported that this 5600mm cold straightening machine adopts a double-roller design, which can achieve "full coverage with one machine" for 6-50mm thick plates. The straightening range is increased by 36% compared to single-roller models, and the technology level is internationally leading, making users more flexible and efficient in dealing with diversified orders. In addition, the equipment can easily output a super strong straightening force of 60000 kN, while also being energy-efficient and power-saving. The noise is only 40% of similar models, which not only reduces user operating costs but also creates a green and friendly man-machine environment.
