ByteDance spent 6.1 billion RMB in two months, consecutively acquiring two parcels of land in Haidian, Beijing.

The information disclosed on the Beijing Municipal Public Resources Trading Service Platform shows that Beijing Yunxiu Changshi Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ByteDance, successfully acquired the Shuangquanbao land parcel in the Haidian District for a total price of 3.305 billion yuan. This is the second heavyweight land parcel that ByteDance has acquired in the core area of Beijing in less than two months, with a total investment of nearly 6.1 billion yuan.
