According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Ningbo Meizhi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Han Yun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of new energy technologies; import and export of goods; sales of smart home consumer devices; sales of lighting fixtures; research and development of household appliances, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that the company is fully owned by Meizhi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Midea Group.
