Yunding New Glory: Plans to acquire all shares of Heisen Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for $250 million.

On April 8th, Yun Ding Xin Yao announced that its Singapore wholly-owned subsidiary, EverSea Medicines Pte. Ltd., has signed an equity purchase agreement with Haisen Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., intending to acquire all the shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haisen Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The total consideration for this transaction is 250 million US dollars, to be paid in three installments, subject to the satisfaction of the relevant conditions precedent for each installment or waiver by the buyer. After the completion of the transaction, Haisen Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Yun Ding Xin Yao, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the company's financial statements.
