According to the Securities Times, data released by the LeYouJia Research Center shows that during the Qingming holiday in 2026, the number of signings for first-hand and second-hand houses in LeYouJia stores in Shenzhen reached the highest level in the past 6 years. Among them, the number of signings for first-hand houses increased by 55% compared to the Qingming holiday in 2025, and the number of signings for second-hand houses increased by 28%; the number of first-hand and second-hand house viewings increased by 17% and 13% respectively compared to the same period last year.
