Guangfa Fund: Some funds under the company have decreased management fees and custody fees.

Guangfa Fund and the fund custodian China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. have reached a consensus to lower the management and custody fees of Guangfa CSI GuoXin Port Stock Connect SOE Dividend Exchange Traded Open-Ended Index Securities Investment Fund and its feeder fund, as well as Guangfa CSI Dividend Exchange Traded Open-Ended Index Securities Investment Fund and its feeder fund, starting from April 9, 2026. At the same time, they will make corresponding modifications to the fund contracts in accordance with the latest laws and regulations, and revise the relevant legal documents of the funds accordingly.
