The reporter learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and other relevant departments issued the "National Public Credit Information Basic Catalog" and the "National List of Basic Punitive Measures for Dishonesty". The "Catalog" includes 13 categories of public credit information such as basic registration information and judicial judgments and enforcement information; The "List" includes 14 punitive measures for dishonesty, including three categories of measures implemented by public management agencies in accordance with laws and regulations to reduce the rights of credit subjects or increase their obligations, further clarifying the scope of inclusion of public credit information, further regulating punitive measures for dishonesty, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of credit subjects. The "Catalog" and "List" shall be implemented from the date of issuance, with a validity period of two years, and the 2025 version shall be repealed at the same time.
