As of April 7, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries have signed guarantee contracts totaling 111 million yuan, accounting for 3.61% of the audited net assets in 2024; the remaining guarantee liability balance is 12.9956 million yuan, accounting for 0.42%, with no overdue or abnormal guarantee situations.
