Warner Pharmaceuticals transferred its 11.0796 million unrestricted shares of the company to Warner Ultimate. The transfer of this agreement has been completed in China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited and obtained the "Confirmation of Securities Transfer Registration". The transfer date is April 3, 2026.
