The Energy Bureau of Yunnan Province issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for the High-quality Development of Yunnan Electricity Market". The "Three-Year Action Plan" comprehensively implements the strategic deployment of the national "Fifteen-Five" plan on building an energy powerhouse and a new energy system, deeply practices the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation", aims at the goal of constructing a unified national electricity market, based on Yunnan's green energy resources and locational advantages, focuses on key aspects such as optimizing market structure, innovating mechanisms, improving operations, and enhancing governance. With the focus on "new, green, integrated, and advanced", it aims to build a green, efficient, flexible, and open electricity market system with Yunnan characteristics and leading nationwide, supporting the construction of a green energy powerhouse in Yunnan and a demonstration zone for a new power system, and serving the national energy strategy and "carbon dual" goals.
