Xiaopeng responds to the cooperation with Australian distributors breaking apart: has terminated its exclusive agency qualification.

Recently, the Australian distributor of Xiaopeng Motors, TrueEV, has entered into administration, causing concern. Xiaopeng Motors responded on April 7th by officially sending a notice of default to TrueEV, terminating their exclusive agency status but retaining their dealership status. Xiaopeng Motors stated that during the two years of cooperation, they had learned through various channels that TrueEV's financial chain had been broken and taken over by financing parties, with no vehicle purchases for over a year and failure to fulfill orders including 454 cars. TrueEV also had public commercial conflicts with local dealers, severely damaging the trust between the two parties. Therefore, Xiaopeng Motors officially sent a notice of default to TrueEV in accordance with the cooperation agreement, terminating their exclusive agency status but retaining their dealership status.
