OpenAI urges California and Delaware to investigate Musk's "anti-competitive behavior"

OpenAI urges the Attorneys General of California and Delaware to consider investigating Musk and his associates for "improper and anti-competitive behavior." The lawsuit between the two parties is set to go to trial this month. OpenAI stated that the lawsuit seeks damages of over 100 billion dollars from the company's non-profit foundation, which would severely weaken the foundation's operations and potentially undermine the company's efforts to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.
