Goldman Sachs' private credit fund stated that the number of stocks repurchased by investors in the first quarter was slightly below 5%, which is lower than their quarterly repurchase limit. The company said in a regulatory filing submitted on Monday, "We believe these results highlight Goldman Sachs Credit's strong position relative to the broader non-traded BDC (Business Development Company) industry. We are the only non-traded BDC in the industry with repurchase requests below the 5% quarterly limit."
