Affected by rain and snow weather, some highways in Heilongjiang province have speed limits and restrictions in place.

The Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a forecast on April 5th. From day to night on the 5th, there will be light snow or sleet in the northern part of the Greater Khingan Mountains, northern Heihe, northern Yichun, and eastern Jiamusi, and mostly cloudy in the southern part of the Greater Khingan Mountains. Other areas will experience light rain or sleet. Due to the rainy and snowy weather, several sections of highways in Heilongjiang Province have speed restrictions and limited traffic. According to the Traffic Management Division of the Heilongjiang Public Security Department, as of 10:11 on April 5th, 14 sections of the province's 50 expressways have speed limits, 5 sections have speed limits and traffic restrictions, and 1 section is closed.
