The Information Office of Foreign Investment of the Ministry of Commerce recently received messages from the public on the Ministry of Commerce website, reporting an APP called "Investing in China" falsely claiming to be "sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce", and misleading users to subscribe to funds on relevant platforms, posing significant risks. The Ministry hereby publicly responds as follows: After investigation, as of now, the Ministry of Commerce and its subordinate agencies have never organized, participated in, or operated any APP application named "Investing in China", nor have they organized any subscription activities under the name "Investing in China". The public is advised to be vigilant, avoid being deceived, and prevent financial losses. At the same time, the Ministry of Commerce has reported this situation to relevant departments for handling.
