Sichuan Luqiao announced that its subsidiary recently received a notice of winning the bid, becoming the winning bidder of the NGZQSG-02 and NGZQSG-05 sections of the new construction project from Nanchong to Guangan Railway Station, with a total bid price of approximately 6.09 billion yuan. In order to obtain a construction share of the project, the company's subsidiary signed a partnership agreement with other partners to participate in the bidding by subscribing to limited partnership shares, with a total subscription of approximately 647 million yuan. The partnership will exist for 7 years, and the main risks include loss of principal and construction profits not meeting expectations.
