Enlightenment Environment announced on April 3 that the company held the eleventh meeting of the eleventh Board of Directors on the same day to review and approve the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel". In accordance with legal requirements, administrative regulations, other normative documents, and the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association, and based on the needs of the company's business development and operation, nominated by the company's general manager, approved by the Board's nomination committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Liu Zhongcheng as the company's deputy general manager.
