Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and other three departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Normalized Mechanism to Prevent Returning to Poverty and Poverty Alleviation through Employment Assistance to Promote Comprehensive Rural Revitalization". The "Opinions" require adhering to the principle of precise assistance, strengthening development-oriented assistance measures, enhancing internal development momentum, maintaining overall stability of employment assistance policies after the transition period, incorporating normalized employment assistance into the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, ensuring that there is no large-scale return to poverty caused by unemployment.
