A railway carriage of a Russian passenger train derailed accident has injured seven people.
On April 3rd, local time, the Russian Railways news department reported that 7 carriages of a passenger train bound for Moscow derailed in Ulyanovsk Oblast on the same day. Ulyanovsk Oblast Governor Ruskih stated that preliminary data shows that the accident has resulted in seven people being injured, including a child. Emergency services have been dispatched to the scene. Russian Railways company stated that the train was originally scheduled to travel from Chelyabinsk to Moscow, and the derailment occurred at around 6:26 am local time. Railway traffic in the accident area has been suspended.
